Schnitzel can be made using either chicken breasts or boneless pork. For the meal to have a crunchy taste, all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs are a must. As for seasonings, garlic powder, pepper and salt come in handy. Also, the recipe cannot be complete without adding at least two eggs. When the chicken or pork are dipped into the eggs then coated using the flour and crumbs after seasoning, the schnitzel gotten as a result is mouthwatering.
